Deep Breathing Is Medicine For The Soul

One simple tactic to remaining calm, cool, and collected is to develop the habit of taking deep breaths.  Believe it, or not, but deep breathing can help you gain perspective in tough situations, help you with resetting your heart to the resonance of LOVE, and assist your body in getting the proper amount of oxygen needed for optimal performance. 

Many people today are stuck in the bad habit of shallow breathing which is not placing them in the best position possible as far as their health, wealth, love, and happiness is concerned.  Take a moment to stop, inhale through your nostrils, and let the air flow in your belly back out through your mouth!  Do that a couple of times frequently throughout the day and see if it makes a difference. 

Just breathe for goodness sake! •
